Question answered

We'd love to hear from you! If you have a question we haven't answered, hit us up: kahleinfo@gmail.com

What to do if I'm running late?

Hopping into class after warmup isn't the safest, so if you're up to 5 minutes late to class, you may join at your own risk. After 5 minutes we'd ask you to try again next time. Life certainly does happen, and if you need to cancel, please do so at least 3 hours before the start of class and the class credit will be returned to your package.

CAncelation policy?

Life certainly happens, so if you need to cancel, please do so at least 3 hours before the start of class and the class credit will be returned to your package.

What if i'm pregnant?

Please consult your physician to be cleared to workout first. Kahlé is low impact and easily adaptable to any fitness level or pre/post natal person. With the provided variations for the entire class, we're here for your journey no matter where you're at.

Should i arrive early?

Yes please. If it's your first time with us, please arrive early to sign in and get set up for class. We'd love to introduce you to the arena and get to know you. If you're working with an injury or modification, talking before class helps set everyone up for success.

What should i wear?

Dress for success, wear clothes that make you feel confident and mobile. Plan on breaking a sweat and stretching your body to its limits. Please leave your shoes at the door and bring socks (grippy socks work as long as they are closed-toed). Don't forget a towel and your water bottle.

do i need to preregister for class?

We can't guarantee you a spot in class if things fill up, so registering online before arrival is your best bet to secure your spot. If that doesn't happen, provided there's space, we'll happily sign you up before class (arrive early to help us help you).

what do I need to bring?

Close-toed socks, towel, water bottle, clothes to sweat and stretch in, & gumption. Post class snack?
